  You can not get a hold of anyone ever. They regularly double book and reschedule appointments without notice. i had the rudest staff ever.,.. i even left voicemail for the manager who never called back.. it took 2 months for first app and then after that my bkids were never seen again.. no call backs or nothan very rude staff dont go here if your black they seem only to be nice to thier kind

  Great set of doctors, they did an awesome job on my baby's circumcision. Dr.Belton has over 20 yrs of experience doing them and I trust her expertise on anything concerning a newborn.

  If you like a practice where every time you call you have to leave a voicemail and pray they actually call you back or you either have to wait on hold for 15 minutes to talk to someone just to be transferred to another voicemail, then this is the practice for you. 2 weeks, 4 phone calls, 3 voicemails, approx. 1 HR of hold time and I still have not been able to get my sons Medical records and today they tell me I need to sign a consent before they will release them to ME (the mom) and I will have to wait another 24-48 business hours to be able to pick them up. I have not received one call back either. Please save your sanity and choose anywhere else.
