  If you would have asked me two weeks ago what I thought of this place I would have said it was worth my 20 minute drive. Today I am not happy and I am disappointed with what happened. I have to say that. Dr. Chaban and Doctor Andrea have been absolutely wonderful with me and my baby. Any help we needed was always wonderful. And for the most part the staff is incredibly kind. Today I took my son in for his circumcision and was on time. As always they were very courteous and when I asked if I could go sit in the nursery they took me back. But I waited and waited and finally someone came to weigh him. I told them he was hungry and they said not to feed him because of his procedure. That was fine--- they asked me to strip him down (and put a blanket on him so he wouldn't get cold) but again... I waited. An hour hit and I got up to ask what was going on. I found out that there was a medical emergency that had to be taken before us and I was absolutely fine with that. I have worked in hospitals and know that any emergency immediately takes priority. My problem is the fact that when I went up to the desk were four girls at the desk that had no idea why I was still waiting. I was annoyed that (again I understand the medical emergency takes priority) even though there was an emergency, I heard laughing and carrying on outside by staff when there was this emergency. I also was annoyed that it seemed business was going on well from the nurses going back and forth bringing many people back to be seen. I was told Doctor Chaban was the one that handled the emergency and he was the one that was doing our procedure, but again I was more frustrated that I was told to wait YET AGAIN and not to feed my baby who wouldn't stop screaming because he was late on his feeding. My husband and I eventually left after an hour and a half of no communication. I am hoping this was just a bad experience that just happened to me and I hope that the emergency was taken care of. But the fact that the office forgot us, didn't remember we were even back there, were able to laugh and tell jokes outside our door and bring patients back while we waited, and didn't even bother in an hour plus to come and tell us what was going on was the disappointing part.
