  I can't say enough about Sarah. I was blessed to meet her at a Women's Retreat months ago - her story and her description of why hypnotherapy works drew me in immediately. I never found that talking things out through therapy actually worked for me or help me be less anxious. My anxiety was literally taking over my life - personally, professionally, everything. I made an appointment with Sarah after meeting her at the Women's Retreat and am so glad I did. After seeing Sarah for things that were holding me back in my life - anxiety / being overwhelmed / etc., I am a different person. I have Sarah to thank for that. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed in my sessions. She is trusting and I trust her. She is funny, kind, spirited, and so caring. She wants to help people - and, oh boy, does she! People always say that you can't put a price on your health. Sarah changed me forever and that is priceless to me. I now live a life being in the moment and enjoying every day, versus worrying, having trouble breathing, being anxious, etc. If you have troubles or struggles in your life that you have a tough time moving past or health issues that you just don't understand, reach out to her and schedule a consultation. That's the first step to just opening your mind and learning about how she can heal you (mentally and physically). It will change you. It changed me and my family. I have recommended Sarah to almost anyone I speak with that is open to any sort of help. I know this is a bit long winded, but you deserve to be happy in life and enjoy each and every day. Hypnotherapy doesn't mean your life will be perfect. This doesn't fix everything - I still get anxious and have feelings of being overwhelmed, but I actually know how to work through those feelings now...because of Sarah's help. I know Sarah can help you, too. You just need to open your mind! :)
